The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has cleared the acquisition of control over Omega-Meier Limited and Meier Organics Private Limited through funds managed by Bain Capital.
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the acquisition of sole control over Omega-Meier Limited and Meier Organics Private Limited by BCPE Wellbeing Holdco II Limited and Integral Investments Asia IV Limited. This acquisition is being carried out through funds managed and advised by Bain Capital Investors, LLC (Bain Capital).
