28 Key Geographical Locations in Ladakh Marked on Official Survey of India Map
The Government of India, in consultation with the Ladakh Administration, has marked 28 geographical features and locations on the official map with standardized names.

The Government of India, in consultation with the administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh, has identified and marked a total of 28 locations and geographical structures on the official map of the Survey of India. All these sites have been recorded on the map using their standardized names for the location and geographical feature.
The primary objective of the Survey of India in formally marking these locations on the map of Ladakh is to facilitate their precise identification and to create better awareness about them among the general public.
