PM Mementos E-Auction: 18 Souvenirs from Andhra Pradesh Now Available for Public Bidding, Proceeds to Benefit Namami Gange
An e-auction has commenced for 18 cultural and traditional souvenirs from Andhra Pradesh presented to the Prime Minister, with proceeds dedicated to the Namami Gange program.

Under the 'PM Mementos' collection managed by the Ministry of Culture, 18 souvenirs from Andhra Pradesh have been put up for public e-auction. These items represent the state's rich cultural heritage, traditional craftsmanship, and public achievements. Originally presented as gifts to the Prime Minister, these items are now part of an auction to support a national cause.
The collection includes a Kondapalli wooden bullock cart depicting rural life and traditional craftsmanship, a Kalamkari textile featuring a photo print of the Prime Minister, and a commemorative souvenir from Shri Shivaji Sphurthi Kendram, Srisailam. These items highlight the folk art, textile traditions, and cultural history of Andhra Pradesh.
Alongside traditional art, the collection also includes souvenirs reflecting modern achievements. This includes the 'Stree Shakti Pratibha Puraskar-2025' commemorative souvenir, which recognizes the achievements of women. Additionally, there is an acrylic painting based on 'Good Governance of India,' depicting themes such as agriculture, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and welfare schemes.
The primary objective of the PM Mementos initiative is to link these gifts to a social cause. All proceeds generated from the public auction of these souvenirs will be directed toward the 'Namami Gange' program to contribute to the national effort for the conservation and rejuvenation of the Ganges River.
The e-auction is currently live, and its deadline has been extended to October 31, 2026. Interested bidders can place their bids for these 18 souvenirs through the official PM Mementos website.
