The resolution describes Prime Minister Modi's journey as being guided by the principles of 'Nation First' and 'Citizen First.' According to the resolution, the three-time mandate received in Gujarat and support in three consecutive Lok Sabha elections reflect the unwavering trust of the people in him.
The resolution highlights ten key characteristics of Prime Minister Modi's leadership. It notes that he scaled successful Gujarat initiatives to the national level, such as the 'SWAGAT' initiative, which received the United Nations Public Service Award in 2010. Similarly, schemes like 'PRAGATI' and the provision of separate electricity lines for agriculture under Jyotigram were expanded across India.
In the area of welfare for the poor, the resolution underscores data showing the creation of 60 crore Jan Dhan accounts, the construction of over 4 crore houses, and the lifting of 25 crore people out of poverty. Regarding women's empowerment, it mentions 3.5 crore women becoming 'Lakhpati Didis' and the reservation provisions introduced through the Nari Shakti Vandan Act. Additionally, it cites the transfer of over 4 lakh crore rupees under the PM-KISAN scheme and support for vulnerable tribal communities via the PM-JANMAN scheme.
Emphasizing economic and infrastructure development, the resolution states that under his leadership, public capital expenditure increased from 2 lakh crore rupees to over 12 lakh crore rupees, and electronics production rose from 2 lakh crore rupees to over 13 lakh crore rupees.
