UPSC Announces Written Examination Results for NDA and NA (II) 2026
The Union Public Service Commission has released the written results for the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2026. Successful candidates are now eligible for the SSB interview.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the results of the written examination for the 'National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (II), 2026', which was conducted on September 13, 2026. Candidates found eligible based on these results will be qualified for interviews conducted by the Service Selection Board (SSB) of the Ministry of Defence. These candidates will apply for admission to the 158th course of the National Defence Academy (Army, Navy, and Air Force) and the 120th batch of the Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC), commencing July 1, 2027.
The Commission has clarified that the candidature of all candidates included in the list is provisional. Successful candidates are directed to register online on the official recruitment website of the Indian Army, joinindianarmy.nic.in, within two weeks of the announcement of the written results. Following registration, candidates will be informed of their selection center and SSB interview dates via their registered email IDs. Candidates who have already registered do not need to do so again.
During the SSB interview, candidates must present the original certificates of their age and educational qualifications before the respective Service Selection Boards. The UPSC has instructed that original certificates should not be sent to the Commission.
To assist candidates, a facilitation center is available on the Commission's premises, where information can be obtained on working days from 10:00 AM to 05:30 PM. Additionally, the 'Candidate Helpdesk' can be contacted at telephone numbers 011-24041001 and 011-40303444 on any day between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Examination marks and cut-off marks will be uploaded to the UPSC website after the completion of the entire selection process and the announcement of the final results, where they will remain available for 30 days.
