Union Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy Discusses Industrial Cooperation with European Parliament Delegation
Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Steel H.D. Kumaraswamy met with the ITRE delegation of the European Parliament to discuss enhancing cooperation in clean energy, EVs, and industrial decarbonization.
Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Steel, Shri H.D. Kumaraswamy, held a meeting with a delegation from the European Parliament's Committee on Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE) in New Delhi. The primary objective of the discussion was to further strengthen cooperation between India and the European Union (EU) in the fields of industrial development, clean energy, electric mobility, and industrial decarbonization.
The European Parliament delegation included members Shri Raphael Stenkanele, Ms. Angelika Winzig, Shri Mohammed Chahim, Shri Raul de la Hoz Quintana, Shri Nicolas Gonzalez Casares, Shri Morten Lokkegård, Shri Jüri Ratas, and Shri Virginijus Sinkevičius. They were accompanied by ITRE Secretariat Director Shri Etienne Basot, Administrator Shri Marius Kavnik, and Assistant Shri Brahim Eben Ic.
