CCI Approves L'Oreal India's Acquisition of Honesto Labs
The Competition Commission of India has approved the acquisition of 100 percent shareholding of Honesto Labs Private Limited by L'Oreal India Private Limited.
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has granted approval for the proposal by L'Oreal India Private Limited to acquire Honesto Labs Private Limited. Under this proposed combination, the acquiring company, L'Oreal India Private Limited, will acquire 100 percent of the shareholding of the target company, Honesto Labs Private Limited.

The company is engaged in the research, innovation, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and export of products related to skin care and hair care.
