The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) has achieved significant success by launching a comprehensive campaign against the smuggling of narcotic substances. During this operation, a total of more than 845 kilograms of prohibited drugs were seized from various locations.
The primary objective of this DRI action is to prevent the illegal smuggling of prohibited narcotics and to dismantle drug networks. The quantity of narcotics seized by the department indicates the existence of a large-scale smuggling network.
