President Appoints 14 Judicial Officers as Judges in Five High Courts Including Delhi
In consultation with the Chief Justice of India, the President has appointed 14 judicial officers to the High Courts of Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, Jharkhand, and Karnataka.
Exercising the powers conferred by the Constitution of India and following consultations with the Chief Justice of India, the President has appointed 14 judicial officers as Judges and Additional Judges across five different High Courts.
Under these appointments, Mrs. Nivedita Anil Sharma has been appointed as a Judge of the Delhi High Court. Additionally, Mrs. Nisha Sahay Saxena, Sanjay Sharma, and Bharat Parashar have been appointed as Additional Judges of the Delhi High Court.
In the High Court of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh, Dr. (Mrs.) Aditi Chaudhary, Dinesh Bhatt, Arun Bhardwaj, and Yash Paul Borny have been appointed as Judges. For the Jharkhand High Court, Manoj Prasad and Akhil Kumar have been appointed as Judges.
Furthermore, Ram Sharma, Mrs. Usharani, K. S. Bharat Kumar, and Mrs. Nerale V. Bhavani (Narayan Prasad) have been appointed as Additional Judges in the Karnataka High Court.
