CCI Approves Crystal Crop Protection Limited's Full Acquisition of FMC India

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the proposal for the acquisition of 100% shareholding of FMC India Private Limited by Crystal Crop Protection Limited. Under this proposed combination, Crystal Crop Protection Limited (Crystal Crop) will acquire the entire shareholding of FMC India Private Limited (FMC India) from FMC Netherlands Holdings II BV and its affiliates on a fully diluted basis.
