Ministry of Steel Organizes Reflection Camp on 'Peace of Mind at the Workplace'

The Ministry of Steel organized a short reflection camp on the theme 'Peace of Mind at the Workplace' at the Civil Services Officers' Institute (CSOI) in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. The primary objective of the session was to inspire the ministry's officers and employees to develop emotional strength and foster a stress-free working environment. Renowned spiritual speaker Sister Shivani of the Brahma Kumaris participated as the chief guest and keynote speaker.
At the beginning of the program, Mr. Sandeep Poundrik, Secretary of the Ministry of Steel, addressed the gathering. He emphasized that maintaining mental peace at the workplace is extremely important, as it has a direct positive impact on work productivity and efficiency.
Keynote speaker Sister Shivani urged the attending officers and employees to reduce stress and adopt a positive outlook. She stated that just as a firm determination to achieve a goal leads to success, the same approach is effective in stress management. She highlighted the importance of maintaining positivity in every situation.
Discussing the power of resolve, Sister Shivani explained that when a resolution is repeated consistently, it begins to shape one's life, thoughts, and behavior. She emphasized the need to remain conscious so that thoughts and resolutions remain positive. She stated that this rule of 'achievement through resolve' can lead society and the nation forward on the path of progress.
